These terms explain how payment, edits, refunds, cancellation and renewal work for services provided by JMI (Just Mention It), operated by 9396-8477 Quebec inc. They apply alongside the contract or proposal signed or accepted for each engagement.
Payment
- Payment is due upfront for all services and retainers, before work begins or the billing period starts.
- We accept bank transfer and online payment. Payment details are provided with each invoice or payment link.
Revisions
Each client receives three (3) rounds of edits on delivered work.
Refunds
In line with the contract, we do not offer refunds on work that has already been rendered.
Retainers, recurring billing and cancellation
- Retainers run month to month and are billed upfront each month.
- Retainers renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- To cancel, give us one (1) month’s notice by email to your account manager, or to welcome@justmentionit.com or welcome@marketshareagency.com.
- Auto-renewal can be stopped at any time by sending an email request to the same addresses.
